Polyetheretherketone is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with exceptional mechanical strength, chemical and heat resistance (up to ~250 °C continuous use). Used in aerospace, medical implants and industrial tooling. Requires a specialized high-temp printer (>400 °C hotend, heated chamber >120 °C).

Requires a high-temp printer: 360–430 °C nozzle, 120–150 °C chamber, 150+ °C bed. Anneal printed parts for full crystallinity. Dry thoroughly.
